SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within India. For orders placed in Mumbai before 5pm we provide SAME DAY DELIVERY via local courier Wefast. Orders placed after 5pm in Mumbai are delivered next day. PAN India orders placed on current day before 5pm are shipped from Mumbai the same day and delivered to you within 2-3 working days. Sunday or National Holidays we do not ship orders. We share tracking details of your order with you. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be recalled. In the event of any query you are free to Call / Whatsapp / Msg on 9321801522 or email us on orders@veedaa.in . Please note calling hours are 11am – 6pm Monday through Sunday. In case our phone lines are busy or we cannot pick up for any reason request you to send us a Whatsapp / Msg and we will respond to it as soon as possible. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, such as Diwali and New Year, delivery times for PAN India orders may be extended due to increased demand and courier delays. During this period we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

RETURNS

All of our products are thoroughly inspected and packed before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We value you as a customer and in the event of damage during shipping and you received a damaged product please contact us within 4 days of delivery of said Order. You need to simply share images of the damaged product received in the order either by Whatsapp or your Registered Email ID. Then we will verify that the product is actually damaged or cannot be used for its purpose and accordingly send you a free replacement of the damaged product. You do not need to pay anything for the replacement product. (Note if you ordered 4 items and received one item damaged then just share images of the damaged product not the whole order)
